Stroud Associates specialises in a wide range of commercial services to meet the needs of our clients. We are experts in Class Q structural reports for planning, load assessments of existing structures, and pre-purchase structural reviews. We also handle general commercial developments, from small works to major multi-storey projects up to six stories. Additionally, we offer Flood Risk Assessments for Zones 1-3, foundations, deep strip/mass concrete, raft/reinforced ground-bearing structures, piled foundations, pad and ground beam construction and site investigations. We also conduct site investigations for low rise construction by trial holes and samples to ensure the safety and stability of the building.

Superstructure
- Preliminary assessment of projects to determine the optimum structure
- Preparation of schematic structural proposals to enable budget costings to be prepared.
- Full structural design including steelwork connections and detailing.
- Reinforced concrete structures – Full design and detailing of reinforcement.
- Regular assessment and review of developed schemes to provide VFM throughout the project.
- Work in close contact with full design team, providing interactive feedback throughout the scheme.

Site investigations
