PDF files to a standard scale are preferred when providing quotations, but, if the project goes ahead, we prefer Autodesk AutoCAD files as

Existing Project Enquiries

It will speed up Enquiries regarding existing projects in progress if you can email the engineer working on the project with the project reference which will help us to provide a more prompt service.

The engineer’s initials are in the ‘Drawn By’ or ‘Made By’ sections of the title blocks of the drawings and calculation sheets.

The project reference is in the ‘Drawing No.’ and ‘Job Ref:’ sections of the title blocks of the drawings and calculation sheets.

Telephone Enquiries

Our work load requires the engineers to have core periods of uninterrupted design time to work on their projects and unless your query is urgent we would request you phone outside of the core hours of 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm, in between these times please do ring and speak to Claire who will take your message and query and arrange a call back.

However, if your enquiry is of an urgent nature we will endeavour to return as soon as we can.
